Order Processing
Thank you for shopping with Hineni Clothing Company! All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We currently offer two shipping options within the United States:

Ground Shipping: 2-5 business days

Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Priority Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
International Shipping
At this time, Hineni Clothing Company ships to U.S. addresses only. We hope to expand international shipping in the future — stay tuned!
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via the email you provided at checkout. You can track your package directly with the carrier.
If you don’t see your tracking email within 24 hours of receiving a shipment confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@hineniclothingco.com.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping:

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Hineni Clothing Company is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
