When will I get my order?

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Because we operate in small batches, each piece is prepared with care before shipment. Once processed, shipping may take up to an additional 5-7 business days depending on the carrier and your location. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier pricing and your delivery location. We do offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $125.

What if my package gets lost or stolen?

Refunds or reprints for lost, stolen, or damaged packages will only be issued if Guide Shipping Insurance was selected at checkout. If insurance was not selected, Hineni Clothing is not responsible once the package has been marked as shipped. If a reprinted product is needed, we will require a signature for delivery on the order to ensure safe delivery.

What is Guide Shipping Insurance?

Guide Shipping Insurance is an optional protection you can select at checkout. It covers your order in the event that your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We highly recommend selecting this option for added peace of mind.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods supported by Shopify, including major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure checkout options available at checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellations once processing has begun, but we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer discount codes?

Yes. First-time customers can receive a discount code by signing up for our email list. We will also offer limited-time promotions and special discounts in the future, so stay connected.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Due to the small-batch nature of Hineni Clothing, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive the wrong item or an incorrect design, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery and we will make it right. For full details, please refer to our Return Policy.

Do you ship internationally?

Hineni Clothing currently serves customers within the United States. As our brand expands, we look forward to offering international shipping in the future.

How should I wash and care for my apparel?

For maximum design longevity, wash garments inside out in cold water. Hang to dry whenever possible, or tumble dry on low heat. Avoid high heat and ironing directly over printed designs.
