No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items unless there has been a mistake on our part (such as a defective product or incorrect item shipped).

We will consider a refund or replacement only if:

To be eligible for a review, you must file a claim to Guide Shipping Protection either through Hineni Clothing's return page or through Guide directly at

Your claim will be evaluated, and we will respond within 3 business days.
Refunds (if approved)
If your claim is approved, Guide Shipping Protection will send a refund or a replacement item, if available.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to process after approval.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
